Steam is a manufacturer of electric steam boilers for a variety
of commercial baking equipment applications, such as, proof
boxes, ovens, & other food and bakery equipment. Our boilers
are used by restaurants, bakeries, and other establishments
that engage bakery steamers. O.E.M.& bakery equipment suppliers
are needed.
Electric boilers
make an ideal steam generator for bread baking. They are small
and require no venting. They can be attached directly to the
oven or proofer to provide a high quality heat & steam
source. The saturated steam from our boilers can be controlled
as to pressure which will vary the temperature and BTU transfer
of the steam. We offer a variety of models from 1.5 to 500
KW to match any steam application. Reimers can customize
your
order with timers, steam manifolds, and other essential items
necessary for a quality installation. |
