Jewelry Boilers built in accordance with ASME boiler
and pressure vessel code, ASME, CSD-1 and arrive
assembled, tested and ready to operate. There is
a one-year limited warranty on parts. All models
consist of shells constructed of low carbon steel
and flange mounted heating elements. The shell is
wrapped with a minimum of 2” (50mm) of fiberglass
insulation and encased within a 20 gauge stainless
steel jacket . A pressure gauge is provided along
with ASME safety valve, blow down valve, gauge glass
protector, pilot light, and steam outlet valve. |
