Designed for Commercial and Industrial Circulating Systems (i.e. Swimming Pools, Water Source Heat Pumps, Comfort Heating, Tank Heating, etc.)

Models 24 thru 54
Equipment includes a 24 volt circuit for remote sensor operation and timers to limit initial amperage drawn by the boiler.

Models 60 thru 100
Same as small models 24 thru 54 but to include a Proportional Sequencer for energy conservation.

Models 120 thru 500
Same as Models 60 thru 100. Low water Cut-Off Controls are used in lieu of Flow Switch and Proportional Sequencer equipped for positive on-off action. Equipped for 120 volt remote control.

All models are equipped with 120 volt Control Circuit, Adjustable Temperature Controls, Hi-Limit Safe Temperature Control, and Low Water Cut-Off w/ Manual Reset.

Hot Water Heating Boiler
Model HL 36Z thru HL 180Z

Insulated Jacket, Element & Circulator Pilot Lights, Aquastat Temperature Control, Aquastat Hi Limit Control*, Integrally Mounted Manual Element Control and Air Purging Switch, 24 Volt Transformer, 24 Volt Room Thermostat, 1 1/4 Bell & Gossett Circulator No. 125, Extol Expansion Tank (with Water Fill Valve, Air Scoop and Automatic air Vent), Pressure-Temperature Gauge, A.S.M.E. Safety Relief Valve, and Boiler Drain Valve with Hose Connection.

Hot Water Heating Boiler
Model HMH 25E1B

*All models are equipped with 2 temperature controls. One manual Reset High Limit Control shuts the boiler off if the adjustable temperature control fails. The water temperature control is adjustable from 100° F to 240° F. When the boiler water temperature reaches the limit, all heating elements are de-energized. The circulator pump will continue to run as long as there is a call for heat from the room thermostat.

Circulator
All models contain a circulator fuse and relay. The circulator is protected and there is no need for either a separate fuse box or external wiring. For Models HMR there is a circulator switch. During the initial start-up, air is automatically purged from the system. Thus, manual operation of the circulator is permitted if desired.

General
Boiler shells are constructed of low carbon steel to comply under the "H" symbol of the A.S.M.E. Code and are individually inspected. These shells are made from A.S.M.E grade boiler plate and wrapped with fiberglass insulation.

Heavy gauge boiler jackets are furnished in eye appealing enamel.

Elements are low watt density which insures longer life. The elements are Copper sheathed and pressure sealed to the flange. Models HMR are single phase. Provisions have been made in the boiler jacket for quick and easy removal of the elements.

All element ratings are based on 240 volt power input. Other voltages available.

Control panels for all models are mounted in a control box outside of the unit. This insures easy access to all controls and more important does not allow overheating of wires, controls or fuses. For these reasons the circulator pump is mounted outside the jacket. This insures uninterrupted service and long life.
