Reimers Electra Steam built this 20 KW 480 VAC steam boiler on a stand with blowdown tank underneath. The compact arrangement needs minimal floor space and lets operators access all controls without moving about. Reimers builds PE stamped frames that assure strength and safety. Sturdy wood framing is standard for shipment as the photo shows one about to be loaded on a carrier. Export certified wood is also done by Reimers to comply with export environmental rules.
Reimers also has many options for blowdown tanks and controls. The photo shows a closed tank that does not require external vent pipe. That is a cost saver !! The closed tank is more quiet and safer than vented tanks that make noise and expose steam discharge to personnel. Reimers can fabricate tanks of various capacity and color.
