Replacement Electric Heating Elements

Reimers immersion heating elements are designed primarily for direct immersion in liquids By generating all the heat within the liquid or process, these heaters are virtually 100 percent energy efficient. Elements can also be formed and shaped into various geometries and sizes and KW ratings. UL® and CSA component recognized elements are standard.

 

Reimers heating elements as shown in the pictures are designed for safety, long life, and smooth operation. Safety is assured from Underwriters Laboratory and ASME fabrication standards. Long life is a benefit from Reimers decades of experience in designing electrical heating elements and boilers. Watt density and heat distribution zones within the element transfer energy to the water and provide minimal stress to the element tubes. Reimers heating elements have large diameter tubes to reduce watt density, and are available in many corrosion resistant materials. Fabrication of the Reimers heating elements incorporate engineering concepts that are not always known by other element makers. Competitive heating elements of inferior design may develop heat stress leading to premature rupture. When the element fails the boiler will not heat properly and the element must be removed. The customer loses operation time and has maintenance costs to remove and replace the element. Do not risk your boiler to inferior parts.
