The boiler featured is a 80 KW steam generator that operates up to 100 mawp and having a pressure sensed blowdown that automatically activates at a lower pressure. Having a typical operation during work hours, the boiler often is turned off at non-work hours. The pressure declines and ultimtely the blowdown features triggers a timed release of bottom sediments. The boiler and the tank have a ASME stamped plate.
