The shown controller is an expanded feature version offering vast control of the boiler. However for those looking to do less there is a Basic controller, when connected to any type of steam- or hot water boiler can provided basic remote control and monitoring features to the building automation system (BAS) over either BACnet^TM MS/TP, BACnet^TMIP or Modbus®. The remote control and monitoring features are as follows:

-         BoilerAlarm Indication

-         Partial/FullHeating Load Control of Electric Boilers.

-         SteamPressure Monitoring

-         Hot WaterTemperature Monitoring
