Electric boilers come in a great range of power inputs and can be operated in full or partial loads to minimize energy and wear on equipment. There are a few things you do not need for an electric boiler: a chimney, a fuel tank, or a vent pipe through the floor or roof. You may want an electric boiler because it is quiet, has no exhaust fumes, is near 100% efficient, has few moving parts, requires no environmental permit for emissions. Boilers can be set to make steam, make hot water, and do so in great accuracy with temperature or pressure.
