The T shell design is a growing favorite at Reimers. Being taller the steam chest allows for natural boiling and carryover to return to the lower area where the heat transfer occurs and not be transported to the use. Dry steam is a necessity with most applications. Shorter vessels are more likely to have this issue. Service of the T design is from one side. Elements can be removed, the vessel cleaned, or the electrical components inspected or replaced. There are no hidden connection points that make service troublesome. The two cabinet doors allow ample hand space and tool maneuvering.
