This assembly meets all code, has ASME and UL backing, and holds the steam and sediments in a closed tank. There is no vent pipe to bust through a wall or floor or ceiling. Multiple blowdowns can be done before the tank needs emptied. Gauges show temperature and pressure so draining can be done under the 140 degree limit.
