A quality program is audited on quarters and a comprehensive audit is done every three years to maintain the ability to build and stamp boiler product. The latter audit is a multi-day scheduled event that examines anything that is used to design and fabricate electric boilers. Reimers completed the three year audit successfully last week.

Reimers holds ASME certification to fabricate boilers. The boilers are electric and range from a couple KW to hundreds of KW input. Vessels are made of carbon or stainless steel. All boilers are hydro tested at the factory by a Certified Individual verified to do so by National Board.

Reimers builds electric steam generators to state-of-the-art design and controls. The boilers produce high-quality steam with minimal energy consumption. The boilers work in industrial applications, commercial businesses, sterilizers, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and chemical processing. They have a compact user friendly design. The generator can fit into small workspaces with vertical design and small foot print.

Reimers displayed one of their many electric boilers that are used in craft brewing. The vertical designs allow space saving. Reimers boilers are electric powered and produce steam or hot water.

When you need a powerful electric boiler and have a tight door or space to fit in you need to look at the Reimers HVR. The HVR is a purposely designed tight geometry to pass through the smallest of doors or fit snug to walls. Options up to 700 KW and up to 600 volt make custom needs routine. Approval has been obtained from UL cUL on function and safety. Canadian CRN approval is also secured. Every one made will be CI inspected and stamped E and also per ASME code Sect IV.

Reimers products, powered 100% by electricity, are hot water and steam boilers appearing in many applications. Hot water or steam is used in most processes that people are in contact with daily. One industry is food and beverage production and sanitization. Reimers will have a sample boiler at the Craft Brew Expo in Indianapolis this Spring.

A comprehensive boiler test program with Underwriters Laboratory was a success. The hot water electric boiler was operated at worst case maximum and minimum conditions to validate safety and performance objectives.

Reimers has combined the best of existing designs into a space saving, narrow, hot water boiler design capable of up to 700KW. Internal Disconnects provide quicker setup at the site. A highly expandable BacNet control system is standard. SCR power modulation and high SCCR ratings available.

Tanks compliment all boilers. Reimers offers a full line of tanks for condensate and blowdown suitable for any type boiler. Reimers suggests the best effective steam application should have a condensate return tank. Blowdown tanks are value added when boilers are placed inside buildings and in lower floors.
